As the new decade dawns upon us, the workforce industry is rapidly making a shift towards a future of advanced technology and AI (Artificial Intelligence). Manual labor and long hours of hard work are left behind in the yesteryears as we welcome a new era of working smart.
Take Singapore for example, they have robots whizzing around collecting your used cutleries and plates after having your wonderful meals so the restaurants and food courts always look clean and prime for the next customers. This, in turn, saves on manpower as well as giving the staff more time and freedom to focus on their jobs leading to better culture and morale in the workplace.
Being the experienced-driven executives that we are today, sometimes we might not feel too comfortable to change certain things we are already used to. We always wonder, why is there a need to change something that is not broken right? Well guess what my lovely friends, we might already be integrating ourselves with AI but we just have not realized it!
This week, I would love to share with you 3 articles that will not only prepare us for the future but also catapult us to the evolution that is AI.
From my personal experience, implementing AI into my daily work has not only been a pleasure, but it has also helped me in more ways than one! The chatbot, for example, is a great way to minimize time consumption and it produces significant results too.
In this article, we can see the pros and cons of integrating AI when it comes to learning and development. It also shed some light on the ways AI can improve workplace learning. A great read to keep us up to date on implementing new techniques and staying relevant in today’s fast-growing industry.
A new “normal” is coming. Faster than we realize. And soon enough, everything we do will be assisted by AI in one way or another. Take Siri for example. From setting alarms to get you up and going in the morning to finding the perfect spot for a little dinner date with your loved one. A perfect implementation of AI in our technologically advanced lifestyle.
This video perfectly summarises what will happen if we do not utilize AI the right way. AI is an important part of making our future a better place but there are definitely limitations to everything. Like a double-edged sword, if used wrongly, Artificial Intelligence may instead be dangerous and harmful. But if used correctly, the benefits are near-endless.
We were founded with a vision to improve the world of work for everyone.
