Why you should join

I am not a coach, can I still attend the Masterclass?
Is this a training for current or future coaches or for managers and leaders in general?
This Masterclass has been designed for and with Leaders and Managers. We gathered insights and expectations from over 200 leaders from all backgrounds. We have built the most effective learning experience to help Managers and Leaders, as well as HR professionals and Trainers to leverage the power of coaching and integrate it in their leadership-DNA. The class also addresses Coaches wanting to revisit some models & best practices (with 8 ICF CCE units upon completion).
Are there any prerequisites for joining the Masterclass?


No there is no prerequisite for joining the Masterclass. We do organise a free Masterclass training session, where the community of learners will gather for the first time to get a flavour and some insights about the content and learning methods of the Coaching Masterclass.
How much time will I need to invest to be successful in the course?
Each week (7) is about 60 minutes. To get the greatest benefit, be prepared to invest 1.5h a week to fully immerse yourself in the content and questions.
Does this program lead to a certification?
‍
Yes. Upon completion of the full program, you will receive a Masterclass Certificate. This program is ICF approved and will grant you 8 ICF CCE Units (Continuing Coach Education).

How you can attend

How much time will I need to invest to be successful in the course?
Each week (7) is about 60 minutes. To get the greatest benefit, be prepared to invest 1.5h a week to fully immerse yourself in the content and questions.
Is this an online Masterclass?
‍
Yes. It is a 100% online class which you can access anytime, anywhere and on any device. No matter the location, time zone, schedule and device (computer, smartphone, tablet…) it can be accessed both online and offline. The solution is powered by the technology of our e-learning partner, CrossKnowledge.
What is the time schedule for every session in the Masterclass?
You can adapt the learning journey to your own constraints. Only the 3 Live Interactive Classroom Sessions have a fixed schedule: 3 November, 17 November and 1 December 2026.

A couple of days before the opening of the Masterclass, you will receive an email with your login. A second email will be sent to give you access to the first week of training. On the following Tuesday, you will receive access to the second week of training and so on until the end of the Masterclass. So, you can decide to go through week 1-2-3 at the end of the 3rd week.

If you don’t have the time to complete all the required tasks during the recommended schedule, you still have one year to complete the whole journey!
What are the timings for Jean-François’ Live Interactive Classroom Sessions?
There will be three live Interactive Classroom Sessions happening in Week 3, Week 5 and after Week 7 at an optimize time to conveniently cover  all global time zones wherever you are.

The materials of the course

Will there be recordings of the Live Interactive Classroom Sessions in case I cannot attend?
Yes, absolutely!
All of the Live Interactive Classroom Sessions will be recorded and added into the Masterclass. You will be able to access them directly on the online path.
What sort of materials would I be able to keep from this class?
As you progress through the Masterclass, you will be able to download and keep for yourself slides presented in the videos, practical tips and templates and many other documents and videos will be shared at the end of the each week.
