This is What Great Leaders Did – Simon Sinek Leadership Advice
I have a bonus video this week that I would like to share with everyone. It is by one of my favorite author and motivational speaker, Simon Sinek. What picked my interest in this short video is the content he touched on.
During my time as a participant in Jean-François Cousin’s coaching masterclass, we learned a very effective tool known as “The Power of Silence”. It is where we learn to stop talking and truly listen and understand what our teammates or co-workers are trying to convey.
In the video, Simon brought forth a vital point, and that is, “Practice being the last to speak”. As a leader, this is such a vital lesson we can and should apply in our everyday interactions with whomever we communicate with, clients, and co-workers alike.
