Intercultural Awareness and Managing Diversity for a High Performing Organization

After delivering a successful webinar for the Electrolux operations team with multicultural backgrounds, we as Akteos Asia, prepared an intercultural workshop for the APAC & EMEA Top Leadership Team.

Thank you to the 19 participants for the engaged and lively discussions!

The participants filled out the Nomad’ Profiler prior to the session. In the training they shared their positioning on the 3 key dimensions: Hierarchy, Professional Relationships, Communication.

It stimulated a lot of sharing of the implications of culture on business relations, in particularly between Egyptian Teams and other cultures.

All participants enjoyed the discussions and learning more about how to manage diversity in a high performing organisation.

We focused on

  • a greater sense of cross-cultural awareness and understanding of personal cultural preferences
  • identifying the critical impact of culture on business
  • discovering the strategies for leveraging cultural differences to improve working relationships and communication with multicultural counterparts.
