As a working professional with a cross-cultural background, as well as Asia, being a huge part of my career, diversity and inclusion is a topic I hold on very dearly to. In fact, it has become second nature to me as it is seen and practiced everywhere I go. I am proud to say, I lead a team of incredibly wonderful people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds at Timeo-Performance.

With a diverse plethora of professionals working in the office, we can have a wider spectrum of perspectives as well as life and work experiences. Add on religious and cultural differences, the workplace will naturally bloom into an environment that is of great respect and appreciation.
