Job Description

Objective of the role:

As Centre of Excellence for all C&B matters in AMERA, your main objective is to update and develop policies around total rewards system for the region

Main activities:

C&B Management
  • Develop and maintain up to date position evaluation, job matrix, job leveling and bench marking
  • Participate in benefits and salary surveys/ market research to ensure the Company's pay structure and benefits schemes are internally aligned, market competitive and comply to local labour legislation
  • Prepare salary proposals against internal and external benchmark
  • Responsible for budgeting, annual salary review and bonus review processes for the region
  • Support role in C&B, performance management and employee relations matters across AMERA Region
Global Mobility Management
  • Ensure global mobility management within the region is aligned to Company's policies for short- & long-term assignment and transfers
  • Review, develop and consolidate standard benefits guidelines for short term and long-term assignments
  • Handle end to end short term and long-term assignments and transfers, including coordination of relocation process, taxation etc Keep track of validity of international assignments within the region
Performance Management
  • Regional super-user for the Company's Employee Performance Management system, including software matters, data management, user manual update and training
  • Ensure that all Countries adhere to the EPM process and timeline for objectives setting, mid-year and year-end reviews as well as performance board
  • Responsible for year-end objectives achievement consolidation
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration with C&B certification
  • At least 10 years in regional C&B roles
  • HR Generalist and HRBP experience is a plus
  • Experience working in multinational companies
  • Experience with Mercer job evaluations and IPE system as well as benefits and salary surveys
  • Meticulous, analytical and good with numbers and data analytics
  • Keen eye for improvement and positive attitude to drive changes
  • Pro-active in providing solutions, flexible and good problem-solving skills
  • IT savvy
