We are hiring!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Consultant to join us in this exciting and meaningful adventure!

Main responsibility
You will have your own portfolio to manage and contribute actively to achieve our client acquisition roadmap in APAC, through the promotion and sale of Training Programs which can include, digital and blended learning solutions, customized to our clients’ business needs across various industries.

It is both a Hunter and Farmer role.

Key responsibilities and results are:
  • Participation in the formulation of business strategies to identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Hunt for new clients and opportunities through active networking and meetings with C-level stakeholders
  • Initiate contact with targeted clients to discover their current needs, introduce the value proposition and qualify opportunities
  • Articulate a solution to answer a business improvement needs
  • Present our diversified portfolio of services and draft commercial proposals to potential new customers; as well as answering to more transactional request
  • Present our proposals, convince and close
  • Constant follow-up of project delivery to ensure our client satisfaction
  • Promote our brand with the support of the Marketing team
  • Gather information and providing feedback on market trends and customer expectations
  • Report regularly and update our CRM tools.

Account Management
  • Focus on creating long-term value from customers, markets, and new business relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in and outside accounts
  • Ownership of client loyalty and client satisfaction

Your background
  • Bachelor’s Degree and above.
  • Proven track record of sales skills and achievements
  • At least 5 years of experience in solution-based selling
  • Experience selling into various levels of seniority within a business, and the ability to meet, persuade and engage stakeholders across all levels and forge strong relationships
  • Experience in the Learning and Development sector – desirable, but not essential
