Job Description

Our client is looking for a Regional Senior Human Resources Manager to join their growing team based in Singapore. You will be involved with all aspects of HR for Singapore, Indonesia and China offices, with more to come. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will work closely with the office managers / finance administrators / and local HR Executives in the above locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to offices in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, compensation & benefits, policy administration, employee communications, performance management, learning and professional development programs
  • Ensure compliance with the Company policies and employment laws
  • Work closely with office leaders in recruitment and selection processes
  • Handle and ensure all immigration and visa requests are handled appropriately
  • Handle employee relations issues, growth opportunities, future staffing assignments based on skills/goals, etc..
  • Assist employees with benefits and payroll questions
  • Assist leaders / managers on handling performance reviews and termination
  • Design and implement best HR practices across the different offices

Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and above in HR, Business or related field
  • 12+ years of HR generalist role within MNC / Management Consulting / International environment 
  • Strategic HR leader with consultative approach experience
  • Solid HR experience combined with a good mix between small and big companies would be a plus
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills 
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • Strong client focus, consultative skills and ability to influence others
  • Team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple competing priorities
