Job Description

Our client, an international pioneer company and leader in the development and management of innovative health & life insurance solutions, is looking for a Head of Sales to handle the Singapore market.
 This is a role focusing first on the local market, then opening career opportunities to manage a regional scope. Responsibilities: Ensure that sales KPI's are achieved in the Singapore market Manage and coach the Sales Team Work with different channels of partnership as broker, insurers, corporate clients
 Be in charge of analysing and reporting sales performance results Requirements: Minimum of 8 years' experience in the insurance industry
 Experience to manage a Sales team
 Preferable to have existing relationships with International Brokers
