Our client, a public listed MNC with a portfolio of businesses spanning from property, hospitality to retail across many countries in Asia Pacific has now opened a digital division and is currently seeking a Head of eCommerce Sales to be based in Singapore.
- The Head of eCommerce Sales would be responsible for establishing,executing,tracking and optimise eCommerce sales initiatives.
- Drive, manage and execute the Sales Strategies for the Fashion Category
- Work with top management and responsible for making a Go to Market strategy for driving sales.This role is responsible to talk to online users and convert them into customers, meaning generate income
- In addition , you will be well versed with online marketing data analysis, internet advertising experience(client+agency)
- Develop a good resource and Inventory Planning to constantly improve sales.
- Assists in carving and steering the digital business strategy and vision
- Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or relevant discipline
- A self-starter,independent,motivated and result-oriented individual with strong sales and performance record.
- Strong experience in planning and executing a lot of OM, IM, DM, especially in a large B2C environment
- Relevant exposure in market experience and understanding online user behaviour.Strong online B2C ecommerce content creative production experience
- Preferred but not required for someone with some technical web knowledge like HTML, CSS, JS or responsive or UX/UI
- P&L and budget exposure. Fashion apparel experience preferred.
- Strong strategy skills and ability to translate them into tangible outcomes
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to excel in a matrix, cross functional environment
- Highly energetic and independent with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced start-up
- Ability to lead and motivate team members to achieve goals
