Job Description

Our client, a leading financial services company, leader in employee benefits, rewards, incentives, prepaid corporate services and loyalty programs is currently hiring a new CRM Business Director to manage and lead their clients’ loyalty and CRM programs and support the business development of new solutions in the APAC region. 

Reports Directly to: COO South East Asia 

Key Responsibilities

As CRM Business Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and business development of their new and existing CRM solutions across the APAC region
  • Responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing and new CRM solutions from planning, setting up the go-to market strategy, operations to the execution
  • Lead and Manage a team: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and IT teams   
  • Manage marketing campaigns and promotions and design program development proposals 
  • Develop Data driven marketing actions through cross channel media 
  • Responsible for P&L, budget, maintain program growth and manage quality of deliverables 
  • Prepare performance reports & analysis 
  • Manage Client Relationship of existing and new accounts 
  • Coordinate and work closely with other cross functional teams / Business Units

Skills & Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management 
  • Between 8 to 15 years of work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in BtoC environment or retail industry (Retail, Fashion, Luxury & Cosmetics) 
  • Experience in the agency side would be a plus
  • Start-up experience / mindset is a plus
  • Prior experience in Singapore and/or South East Asia is a must 
  • Experience in selling and roll out a CRM solution 
  • Previous team management experience 
  • Passionate about new technologies, tech tools and digital marketing 
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • Performance driven, strong client services, problem-solving, energetic with excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
