Isabelle Larche

Isabelle is an expert in Business Management Consulting and Human Performance.
Over the past 15 years she has been assisting clients in designing and implementing new organizations and leading project team with a strong focus on Human Capital. Her career as a Business Management consultant within a top US consulting firm and other specialized Consulting Firms, enabled her to acquire a unique methodology and has strengthened her passion for Human Capital Development. Her enthusiasm and talents have proved their efficiency facing a wide variety of business challenges (IS implementation, HR function performance evaluation, organization enhancements, etc) in various industries (Telecommunications, Utilities, Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals, etc.) Her drive, adaptability skills, interrelationship capacities help Isabelle quickly reach targeted operational results. She decided to create a consulting firm that would reflect these characteristics and convictions. She has a MBA in Management from an American College and is a graduate from a French Business School.

Fabien Mailhe

Fabien Mailhe

Fabien is an expert in Business Management Consulting, Human Performance and Change Management. He has a strong experience in leading transformation projects in sensitive contexts (social issues, emergency plans, mergers, conflicts of interest, multi-culture and countries, re-alignment of projects etc). Fabien gained experience and methodology spending 15 years managing business consulting projects in private and government owned companies. This experience includes a decade spent at a top US Consulting firm in HR strategy and change management, domains where he developed new offers and methodology while leading multi-skilled consulting teams. Fabien was ranked as one of the top People Developer Leaders of the consulting firm (top 10%). His vision, conviction and experience led him to co-found his own consulting firm in France and Singapore. Fabien is a graduate from a European Business School and is a certified recruiter.

Laurie Bongert

Laurie BongertLaurie is specialised in middle and top management recruitment assignments. She is experienced in working for MNC as well as SMEs with staffing needs in Asia-Pacific.
Trained and experienced in the recruitment methods of the largest search consulting firms, she joined Timeo-Performance in Singapore to put into action strong convictions she has around quality and engagement.
Because recruiting the right talents is a key lever to your performance and always a challenge, Laurie believes in a “boutique”, dedicated approach: one consultant must follow completely your recruitment project, from working with you on your needs, to the candidate’s selection and integration. What motivates Laurie is from your unique context, finding the best talent for your organisation with a constant creative mindset to bring in the right solution.
Laurie holds a Master degree in Human Resources from a top University in Paris.

Alex Lanjri

Alex LanjriAlex has spent his career working in global industry leading MNC's in Europe and Asia (France Telecom, Orange Telecoms, Michael Page) and brings a huge variety of experience crossing multiple business environments. His training and methodologies are adopted and implemented globally by some of the world’s most successful companies including Apple, Samsung and Nokia. His broad reach across business engagements covers recruiting, training and developing senior executives, coaching people managers and creating high performance teams. Alex combines pioneering techniques and a tried and tested methodology with his flair for business in competitive environments. His knowledge as an NLP Practitioner, accredited performance coach from the ICF (International Coach Federation) and training delivery expertise ensure his training methods ‘Get Results’. Alex heralds from London, England and lives and works in Singapore.
